1. Communication is sometimes a forgotten value in the building trade, but communication between us and our clients is a priority at David Lilley Construction.
2. Time – We are realistic when scheduling projects, we understand that our clients are trying to work, live, raise families, run business’ etc. all at the same time as trying to complete a build / renovation / extension.
3. Budgets are there for a reason and over spend can cause a lot of stress for the owners of a build. It is vital that budgets are clearly discussed in advance of a project start.
